Alif Corporation Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Us”, “Our”, or the “Company”) sells hardware tools, clamps, safety equipment, electrical and electronic items, machinery, industrial supplies, and related products to retail (individual/public), wholesale, and industrial customers through its online store.
This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which products (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) may be returned or exchanged. This Policy constitutes an integral part of our Terms and Conditions and Refund and Cancellation Policy, and complies with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. General Conditions for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for Products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
- All returned Products must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by all tags, labels, accessories, and the invoice.
- Be accompanied by valid proof (photographs or videos) of the defect or damage.
- We reserve the right to inspect all returned Products and to reject any return that does not meet the conditions specified above.

Return Window
- Retail Customers: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Wholesale / Industrial / B2B Customers: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery and will be accepted only if a manufacturing defect is proven.
3. Eligible and Non-Eligible Products
- Eligible for Return:
- Customers must first contact us via our 'Contact Us' page, providing their order details and the reason for the return.
- Defective or damaged products.
- Incorrect products shipped (wrong item, size, specifications, etc.).
- Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products:
- Custom-made, specially ordered, or bulk products.
- Products that have been used, altered, or returned without their original packaging.
- Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless found to be defective).
- Products related to hygiene or safety (such as certain Personal Protective Equipment) once opened or used.
- Perishable or consumable items.
- For Wholesale, Industrial, or B2B orders, all sales are considered final, except in cases where a manufacturing defect has been proven.
- For Wholesale/B2B orders, returns are not accepted due to a 'change of mind' or 'incorrect size ordered by the customer.'
Returns apply solely to manufacturing defects.

Return Process
- The customer must contact us within the applicable return window:
- The following information must be provided:
- Order Number
- Reason for the return
- Photos or videos as proof
- If the return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address or label, where applicable.
- The product must be securely packed and shipped back in accordance with our instructions.
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as
the shipment of an incorrect or defective product); in such cases, reasonable shipping costs may be reimbursed.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process an
exchange or refund in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Bulk, wholesale, custom-made, or used products are not eligible for return.
- For all claims regarding physical damage or missing items, it is mandatory to submit an unboxing video (an uncut video covering the process from breaking the seal to inspecting the product).
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the same terms and conditions applicable to returns.
- A replacement product will be dispatched only after the returned product has been received and successfully verified.

Inspection and Rejection
- All returned products undergo inspection upon receipt.
- If a return is rejected due to signs of use, missing parts, or any defects, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense; alternatively, if no claim is made, it will be disposed of.
